We reserve Kamagra stocks for regulars. All other orders are reviewed on their merits.


If you reside in the UK and you require fast delivery please select the Special (trackable) option at checkout. If you order before 1400 GMT Monday to Friday we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day for next business day delivery, which is usually before 1300 hours. A signature is required, so the PO should leave a card if no one is available to sign. You must act on this card swiftly and or/let us know within 7 days of non-receipt of goods*. If stocks are low we reserve the right to cancel your order or to offer a later delivery date. 


We also offer Friday for Saturday Special delivery, but again you need to order before 1400 GMT.


* We cannot be held responsible for delays that result from Royal Mail as this is beyond our control. Once we have posted items in a timely manner we are in their hands.


Please note that while First Class Recorded items generally arrive within 3 days if not next day, the post office advise to allow 15 days for delivery as there can be delays*. Please allow 7 days before contacting us.

Just to reiterate. We endeavour to dispatch all orders that we receive Monday-Friday before 1400 GMT the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the following Monday at the latest.




We uses trackable services; we cannot dispatch items without a signature being required at some stage. This is due to the nature of our products. We need to take every measure to ensure the order is actually received by the customer or an adult in the same household authorised to sign for the customers goods.


Proof of ID

If you have placed an order and we have been unable to validate your address against your card statement, we reserve the right to request ID.


Returns, Damaged & Lost packages

If you have not received your package, firstly check your e-mail to ensure we have been able to charge your card. Many customers simply ignore the transaction failed e-mails our system generates if your card cannot be authorised.


If we have charged your card, check the order date to ensure it is not within 7 working days of the order being processed just in case of postal delays. Also, check the tracking info we have emailed you in case the Post Office have left a 'while you were out' card. In this case you will need to contact or visit your local sorting office, and please do so asap to avoid packages being returned to us.


If the contents of your package have arrived but are damaged or there is a shortage, please complete the form on the 'contact us' page explaining what has happened. We will replace the goods or refund your card as you prefer in most cases.

If you have tried the product but are not happy we will uphold the guarantee and refund you. If you have consumed more than one tablet of the product, we will NOT honour the guarantee!
